Rhythmix

Rhythmix's mission is to give people in Sussex and Surrey who face challenges in their lives the chance to have a good day through music. They work with people in exceptionally difficult health and wellbeing situations using specialist music practitioners. The sessions, both group and individual, have been proven to increase self-expression, decrease anxiety and reduce isolation, making their day that little bit better and brighter.

Live Music Sessions with Children in Hospital

The CBF is helping to fund two musicians to play weekly with the children at the Kipling Ward in Conquest Hospital in Hastings, one of the most deprived areas in the country.
